Regions in the Viewer app determine the AWS Region where data processing for viewers takes place, ensuring that no data is stored in any database. By assigning regions, users specify the backend location for processing data, without the need for data retention in a database. This helps in effectively managing data processing and ensuring data privacy.
How to Enable Regions in Viewer App
To enable regions in the Viewer app, navigate to the configuration tab and toggle the switch to enable regions. Once activated, you can select different regions from the dropdown list located next to the toggle button to customize the layout according to your preferences.
